Our responsibilities towards the environment and
society
Field's is a big player in the city and therefor we feel obliged
to take on some responsibility so that you and our many other
guests can make good choices and enjoy a shopping experience with a
green touch. Therefor we are constantly at work to ensure that we
work responsibly with the environment at Field's.
Field's is a Keyhole ambassador
In Field's we are actively engaged in helping the consumer to make
responsible choices and therefor we are engaged in work to increase
knowledge about health and have become Keyhole ambassadors. The
Keyhole emblem makes it easier to choose healthier food and to use
the recommended diet advice in our every day lives.

A good choice
Together with our owners Steen & Strøm, we have systematised
the environmental work through our "good choice" programme. This
ensures that you as a customer can feel confident that we
prioritise sustainability.
We look after our common environment by:
- Reducing electricity consumption and release of CO2-gasses
- Sorting our rubbish and recycle as much as possible
- Demand that the goods we purchase are environmentally friendly
- Print our catalogues at an environmentally certified print shop and on FSC/PEFC-marked paper benefiting forests and nature.
- Influence collaborators, suppliers, tenants and neighbours to show consideration to the environment.
Furthermore, we look after each other by creating an atmosphere, which makes Field's a pleasant place to be, for guests and employees alike.
